RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Dear Customers,
The product is non-refundable, but we accept returns only if the item is damaged, with a required box opening video for verification.
Once you initiate return on our website,our courier company is scheduled to pick up the parcel from your location within the next 2-3 days.
After the parcel has been collected and reached us, it will pass through the quality control check to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging stage. An exchange/refund will be promptly initiated after it. Please expect the refunded amount to be processed within 2-3 working days from the day we recieve the return parcel.The refunded amount will be transferred to you either through UPI transfer or directly to your bank account, depending on your preferred payment method.

Because we are customers ourselves and we know it can be frustrating when the purchase is not quite right, we offer a complete “no fuss” guarantee to all our customers. If your goods are damaged or if you receive an incorrect product, we would be happy to give you the following alternatives:
- Exchange the goods for an alternative of your choice to equal value.
- Give you a full refund for the price you paid for the goods.
For the return we need the key photo and installation picture and video.
In case of damaged products, contact must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the products by email sasoverseas23@gmail.com notifying us of any damage to the product. Upon return, the article will undergo a quality control check to ensure the quality problem is found to be our responsibility rather than misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control. Once the returned product passes the quality control check to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging stage, an exchange/refund will be dispatched.
Refund Policy for Non-Refundable Car Fragrance:
Our car fragrances are labeled as non-refundable. This means that once the product has been purchased and received by the customer, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival with proper video proof of the box opening.
Exceptions:
Exceptions to this policy may be made in special circumstances at our discretion. If you believe you have a valid reason for requesting a refund or exchange, please contact us to discuss your situation.

Please follow these steps if you have received damaged items.
- Email sasoverseas23@gmail.com with your (Order number)_returns in the subject field (within 24 hours of receipt of the products). You can also send details on Whatsapp or call us: +91 8076208718, 9355318787.
- Describe in as much detail as possible the damage to your product and attach photographic evidence detailing the damage to the product.
Customers also have to provide opening package video of the product. - We will contact you within 24 hours to initiate your refund or send a replacement item as required.
Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are dispatched without any extra costs.
There will not be any return/refund/exchange other than the above conditions stated.

If any dispute arises, it shall be dealt by sole arbitrator at the Delhi International Arbitration Centre, High Court Delhi and no court has the jurisdiction to deal with the disputes.
