Return and refund policy

At Stylenflaunt, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully to understand the conditions under which we accept returns or process refunds.

Return and refund policy

  • Our products are non-refundable; however, we accept returns only if the item is damaged. A box opening video is mandatory for verification on the same day of delivery. 
  • Once you initiate a return on our website, our courier service will pick up the parcel from your location within 2-3 days.
  • After receiving the returned product, it will undergo a quality control check to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Upon successful verification, we will process an exchange or refund within 2-3 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued through UPI transfer or directly to your bank account, depending on your selected payment method.

Wrong Item Ordered by Customer

If you ordered the wrong product, you will need to return it to us at your own cost, as we currently do not offer return pickup service.

Please ship the product back in its original, unused condition. Once we receive it, we will process your exchange or refund.

A shipping fee of ₹200 will apply for all exchanges or refunds.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We understand the frustration of receiving an incorrect or damaged product. If your item is defective, you have the following options:

  • Exchange the product for another item of equal value.
  • Receive a full refund for the amount paid.

Required Documentation for Returns

To process a return for a damaged or incorrect item, you must provide:

  • A clear photo of the damaged item.
  • Installation picture and video of the received product.
  • A box opening video as proof of the product's condition upon arrival.

Damaged Products: Reporting & Return Process

  • If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email at sasoverseas23@gmail.com.
  • Use the subject line: (Order Number) – Return Request.
  • You may also contact us via WhatsApp or phone at +91 9355318787.
  • Provide detailed photographic and video evidence of the damage.
  • Our team will respond within 24 hours to initiate a refund or exchange.
  • Once we receive the returned item, a quality control check will confirm whether the damage is due to manufacturing defects or misuse.
  • If the return is approved, an exchange or refund will be processed promptly.

Refund Policy for Non-Refundable Car Fragrance

  • Car fragrances are strictly non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • In case of damage, a box opening video is required as proof.
  • If you believe you have a valid reason for requesting a refund or exchange under exceptional circumstances, please contact us for review.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled anytime before dispatch without any additional charges.
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled or refunded unless they meet the return conditions above.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, the matter will be resolved by a sole arbitrator at the Delhi International Arbitration Centre, High Court Delhi. No court shall have jurisdiction over such disputes.
